I strongly encourage others to look around for alternative tinting services in the Batu Caves area before committing to this shop. My experience was deeply disappointing, especially in how they handled both my vehicle and personal belongings.
I made an appointment after being told there was an available slot, but still ended up waiting 30 minutes upon arrival. While not ideal, I let it slide. I then left my car for about two hours for a full tint installation. However, when I returned, I was dismayed to find that a child’s toy I had hung behind the passenger seat had been slashed with a sharp object and was left on the floor.
When I brought this to their attention, their response was not only unhelpful but also rude via text. They claimed to have CCTV, but conveniently it only covers the driver’s side—nowhere near where the damage occurred. I expected, at the very least, that my car would be returned in the same condition I left it. Sadly, that wasn’t the case, and it left me feeling this shop is not trustworthy when it comes to handling customers' property.
Unfortunately, I also signed up for the 6-year warranty, and I now have serious doubts about how that will be handled. Most of their record-keeping appears to be manual, which doesn’t inspire confidence. I honestly don’t know how reliable they will be if an issue comes up in the future.
I expect they’ll respond to this review rudely, just as they did when I tried to speak with them directly—which says even more about the level of professionalism here.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this place to others.
